If someone cared for a senior family member that counts! 2) While a CNA license is preferred it is not required 3) A valid drivers license is preferred. We do, and have hired several who currently do not have a valid license. We can still hire and assign these people, but it greatly limits the type of shift they will get as seniors usually need someone to drive them. 4) The applicant MUST have a smart phone...internet access, email access, and the ability to use Google maps or GPS in order to find their assigned client.
